About the Role:
- This is a zero-to-one opportunity to architect the technology platform from the ground up.
- You will set the vision, build the team, and stay close to the build.
- As a key member of the leadership team, you'll partner across clinical, operations, and finance.
What You'll Do:
- Own the technical and product vision across engineering, AI, and IT operations.
- Lead and develop teams, translating clinical needs into scalable products.
- Prototype and build alongside the team, driving AI-enabled product development.
What We're Looking For:
- You have 10+ years of leadership experience in engineering, product, and AI.
- You have deep healthcare compliance knowledge and value-based care fluency.
- You have executive presence and a track record of scaling technology organizations.
