Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications using App Engine Studio and/or traditional scoped application development, building custom modules, data models, and platform extensions.
Clone, extend, and customize existing ServiceNow modules to meet customer-specific requirements, developing workflows, automation, and integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
Write, test, and debug ServiceNow scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts) and develop custom UI components like UI Pages and Service Portal elements.

Work Style:

Operate with a high level of ownership and autonomy in a fully remote environment, proactively progressing work and seeking additional tasks.
Work closely with a small team, maintaining consistent communication and availability during the business day.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years with BS/BA or equivalent experience; must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance.
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including custom application and module development, with proficiency in JavaScript and the ServiceNow Glide API.
Experience with ServiceNow data architecture, domain separation concepts, security configurations (roles, groups, ACLs), and integrations and automation.
Strong communication skills for working with stakeholders and translating requirements into technical solutions.
