What You Will Do:
- Code outpatient E/M services, procedures, and diagnoses based on clinical documentation
- Review medical records and identify the appropriate CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 codes
- Maintain high coding accuracy and address feedback from internal audits
What We Are Looking For:
- Active CPC, CCS, or RHIT certification
- 2+ years of outpatient medical coding experience
- Strong working knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding guidelines
Nice to Have:
- Specialty coding certification
- Risk adjustment or HCC coding experience
- Experience supporting coding-related appeals or payer audits
