Director, Managed Services

The Director of Managed Services oversees service engagements, operational performance, transformative initiatives, and both direct and indirect resource management. Responsibilities include contractual lifecycles, financial profit and loss statements, governance and reviews, vendor management, and escalation management for Data Center Operations and Engineering teams. The role requires directing a 24x7x365 operations team with distributed resources across multiple states and remote capacities. It involves planning, staffing, training, cost estimation, proposal preparation, scheduling, quality control, delivery, and operational oversight. You will develop and maintain department goals, metrics, and KPIs specific to operations, routinely benchmarking and revising these against industry standards and trends. You will identify operational strengths and weaknesses to improve deliverable objectives.
