Senior Business Operations Manager

This role drives operational excellence across the company. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, working closely with all departments to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and support growth objectives. The ideal candidate brings experience in crypto, fintech, or high-growth startups and thrives in a fast paced, tech environment. You will support the day-to-day intake, triage, and resolution of a wide variety of operations requests, contributing to a responsive and high-quality experience for all stakeholders. You will collaborate with the Operations team to continuously improve how incoming requests are tracked, prioritized, and executed—ensuring process efficiency and consistency. You'll help identify process gaps, inefficiencies, or recurring issues, and recommend improvements in coordination with the broader team. You will partner with teammates to track metrics and patterns in requests, helping inform process refinement and resource planning.
