Property Claims Adjuster

About the Role:

• You will manage end-to-end property claim handling from FNOL through closure, including supplements and virtual inspections.
• You will conduct thorough investigations, coverage analysis, and produce accurate estimates using Cotality.

• Proactively handle claims with a commitment to timeliness and exceed customer expectations.
• Negotiate settlements with fairness and professionalism, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and support a collaborative team environment.

What We're Looking For:

• 8+ years of property claims experience and active adjuster license(s) or eligibility.
• Experience with Cotality or Xactimate estimating platforms and virtual inspection tools.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills with a tech-savvy mindset.
