Job Description

Be potential sellers' first point of contact as a Lead Qualifier. This role is critical โ€” your job is to make a great first impression, build rapport, and qualify inbound leads to determine whether theyโ€™re a fit to move forward in our sales process. Youโ€™ll call and follow up with leads in our CRM, connect with real estate professionals, and handle social outreach on platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook. Call and qualify inbound & outbound seller leads using our CRM. Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects. Move leads to the proper pipeline stage based on qualification. Document all lead interactions and escalate when needed. Follow up persistently over time โ€” no lead left behind. Use social platforms for cold outreach and engagement. Be available Monday through Friday (40 hours/week) for calls and follow-ups.
