Job Description

Partner with a diverse set of Customers and their sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop compelling value propositions, sales narratives, and ROI models tailored to target audiences. Independently lead the development and implementation of value-based selling methodologies, tools, and processes to drive consistency and scalability within customer organizations. Conduct value discovery workshops with clients to uncover their business challenges, goals, and desired outcomes, and translate them into value-based solutions. Conduct deep data analysis and primary research to assess customer pain points, potential cost savings, and revenue growth opportunities. Translate Value-based selling programs into Mediafly’s Value ToolBuilder and Custom Value SaaS solutions. Act as a subject matter expert on value selling best practices, methodologies, and tools, and provide training and enablement support to internal teams. Coaching and support of the Value Engineering team including project oversight, task assignments, balancing team responsibilities and helping the team develop and reach goals.
