• Core payroll-to-payments connectivity and financial orchestration capabilities.
• Product workflows that support accurate payroll costs, adjustments and reconciliations.
• Cross-product initiatives that improve quality, reliability and transparency across payroll and payments.

What You Will Do:

• Work with payroll operations, payments operations and finance to understand real-world constraints.
• Enable better monitoring, alerting and early-warning signals for payroll and payments issues.
• Communicate clearly with peers and leadership on progress, risks and decisions.
