Job Description

Negotiate and close strategic partnerships with existing dLocal International clients from US, Europe and Asia to expand into Africa using dLocal payment channels. Educate on Africa nuances and payment landscapes, local financial institutions, telecoms, fintechs, and other stakeholders to enhance market reach. Expand and deepen relationships with existing clients, driving incremental revenue through upselling and cross-selling of services. Collaborate with internal teams (product, legal, compliance) to ensure partnerships align with company goals. Drive Merchant acquisition strategies aimed at securing new business opportunities and achieving growth targets in Africa. Identify opportunities to grow existing merchant accounts, increasing transaction volumes and expanding service usage. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and deliver solutions tailored to the unique challenges of cross-border payments in Africa. Drive rest of the internal teams to ensure successful execution of growth initiatives in Africa. Be point of contact for the commercial team for Africa related questions. Work closely with marketing, product, compliance, and customer support teams to deliver a seamless experience for clients.
