About the Role:

  • The Manager is responsible for maintaining and strengthening the foundational elements of Pathward’s BSA/AML and Sanctions program.
  • This role ensures program standards are current, consistently implemented, and supported by clear documentation.
  • The role serves as a central point of coordination across multiple departments.

What You Will Do:

  • Own and manage the policy and procedure lifecycle for BSA/AML Operations.
  • Partner with Learning & Development (L&D) to support development and maintenance of BSA/AML training content.
  • Serve as a central coordination point for internal audit and independent testing requests.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; CAMS or similar certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in BSA/AML, compliance operations, risk governance, or regulatory management.
  • Strong experience with policy/procedure development and exam or audit management.
