Solution Engineer DACH (m/w/d)

As a Solution Engineer DACH, you'll be instrumental in helping organizations in the DACH region improve their cybersecurity culture. Your main goal is to close the gap between technical solutions and business needs by giving impressive product demos, proof of value engagements, and solution designs. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to help potential clients understand how cutting-edge awareness tools and integrations can change how human risk is managed. You will also provide technical consultation on integrations such as SSO (SAML/OAuth), user provisioning (SCIM), LMS content (SCORM/xAPI), and API-based reporting to SIEM tools.

Accountabilities include collaborating with the sales team, leading discovery sessions, delivering engaging demos, supporting proof-of-concept projects, and preparing responses to RFPs. Share customer insights with Product and Marketing teams to refine solutions and improve overall customer experience. Build long-term trust with clients as a cybersecurity advisor, guiding them toward stronger human risk management practices.
