Help bring the vision of a world-class partner ecosystem to life as a Private Sector Partnerships Director. This role will source, structure, and scale the partnerships that fuel Flock’s GTM engine - including channel partnerships, technology integrations, and bundled offerings that unlock new markets and customer segments. By driving measurable sales outcomes and product adoption through partnerships, this individual will turn partner strategy into operational reality.
Responsibilities include sourcing and structuring revenue-driving partnerships, leading deal execution, driving partner-enabled product adoption, managing high-impact partner relationships, and collaborating on product-led partnerships. The role will also influence private sector GTM, refine partner programs & monetization, measure & report partner impact, and support ecosystem strategy & corporate development.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to translate corporate strategy, source and negotiate partnerships, drive sales, and scale partner programs. Other skills include understanding of partnership financial modeling, excellent communication skills, and strategic actions to apply to business and product roadmap.
