Assist the claims team and LMVR with tasks related to the ICEP process for Costco, coordinating vocational placement and return to work.
Follow up with injured workers, employers, and claims staff to address return to work barriers and maintain documentation.
Collect data from automated systems and resolve problems or discrepancies.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of state, local, and federal laws related to vocational rehab, workers compensation, and disability management.
Communication and negotiation skills to effectively establish return to work dates.
Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years experience in vocational rehabilitation, disability management, or related field.
