Workers Comp Case Manager

Job Description:

• This position serves as the primary workers compensation case management resource for Munson Healthcare employees.
• Responsibilities include coordinating work-related injury cases from report through return to work, collaborating with Occupational Health providers, managers, employees, and third party administrators.
• Oversee case management activities, return-to-work coordination, and claim administration support.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required; clinical degree or Bachelor's in HR, Business, Healthcare Admin, Risk Management preferred.
• 3 years experience in workers' compensation, HR, occupational health, claims administration, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as WCP, CCM, or CDMS preferred.

• This position is eligible for remote work, with preference for candidates residing in Michigan.
