Claims Specialist, Workers Compensation

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as primary point of contact for clients regarding workers' compensation claims.
• Advocate for aggressive investigation of questionable claims and use of sub-rosa surveillance.
• Monitor open claims to ensure timely handling by carriers and TPAs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 7-10+ years California workers' compensation claims handling or consulting required.
• Strong understanding of CA WCAB processes, reserves, and litigation strategy.
