Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate claims to determine coverage, establish compensability, and verify exposure.
- Resolve claims within authority and make recommendations for cases exceeding authority.
- Participate in pricing, reserving, and strategy discussions with management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience required.
- 5-7 years of related claims experience with 1-2 years in complex claims.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and written/verbal communication.
Work Environment:
- Candidates should be based in California with California or Self-Insured Certification.
- Remote arrangements available for the West Region.
