Workers' Compensation Claim Specialist

Role Overview:

• Investigate and adjust workers' compensation claims with a focus on empathy and fairness.
• Take ownership of a dedicated portfolio of claims for a large PEO account.
• Guide each case toward timely resolution while managing litigation and high-exposure claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish reserves, approve medical and legal invoices, and negotiate settlements.
• Compute disability rates and coordinate communication with clients and claimants.
• Maintain diary on claim system and monitor subrogation claims.

Qualifications:

• 5-10+ years of workers' compensation claims handling experience required.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and litigation management skills.
• SIP certification required; bilingual Spanish preferred.
