Senior Claims Specialist

What you will do for C&F:

• Examines claims data and conducts investigations into routine and moderately complex claims to determine coverage, compensability, subrogation, and benefits.
• Manages litigation on files, handles catastrophic claims with supervisory oversight, and coordinates return to work.
• Sets reserves, reviews medical bills, and adheres to special account handling instructions.

What you bring to C&F:

• College degree, B.A. or equivalent experience, plus 3+ years handling workers compensation claims.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and ability to quickly learn new programs.
