Job Description

This position is primarily responsible for contacting potential clients over the phone, screening them to see if they meet office criteria, gathering the information required for a Social Security application, and ensuring representation paperwork is signed and returned to the office. The scheduled hours are M-F 8am - 5pm MST. The specialist will effectively and efficiently screen potential clients and complete the intake process. They will maintain intakes per hour and conversion at or above department metrics. They will remain logged into the Dialer System for 7 hours and correctly log results of all calls. Maintain high standards of accuracy in all tasks and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, and managers. They must retain basic Social Security and Disability knowledge and protocols and follow policies contained in the Employee Handbook.
