Senior Site Reliability Engineer - Federal

Role Overview:

• Provide 24x7 production support for Government Community Cloud on a 3rd shift, 4-day work week.
• Maintain reliability, scalability, and performance of ServiceNow infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Drive technical resolutions across the stack and automate repetitive tasks.
• Partner with teams to improve system design and reduce incidents.

Qualifications:

• Deep Linux knowledge, DevOps automation, cloud (Azure), and coding in Python, JavaScript, or Ruby.
• Experience with observability, monitoring, networking, and database administration.
