Job Description

In the Sales Engineer role for Healthcare, you will act as a strategic advisor to prospects, customers, and the UiPath salesforce. You will uncover the value that Automation and AI can bring to existing business processes, and to design new processes using UiPath platform capabilities. You will help secure the technical win and identify high value uses of our technology within our customer base by collaborating with and orchestrating necessary resources throughout the customer lifecycle. Evangelize the value that Automation brings to businesses by combining digital workforce with the exponential power of AI/ML capabilities. Be a thought leader on best ways to advance the UiPath platform, develop marketplace offerings and industry specific solution accelerators. Understand industry challenges, headwinds, and the opportunities it creates for businesses in the Healthcare customers. Partner with sales team to define account strategy, ideate on growing our solution footprint with our customers, and identify desired business outcomes. Build and deliver industry specific demos and proof of value (PoV) for prospects and customers. Conduct process discovery sessions to understand how work gets done currently, build a backlog of potential automation opportunities, and quantify the value that can be unlocked. Work closely with Product & Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to channel customer feedback and continually refine UiPath offerings. Share lessons learned and best practices with other members of the UiPath GTM team. Provide a feedback loop into our product teams to include continual innovation and improved customer satisfaction.
