Responsibilities:

  • Build cross-functional partnerships between credit, cash application, customer service, and sales teams to respond to customer needs.
  • Oversee a portfolio of AR accounts valued at $500K or more, servicing customers via calls and emails.
  • Provide copies of invoices and statements, and partner with scheduling and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of B2B credit & collections experience.
  • Intermediate or Advanced Microsoft Suite skills, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP systems.
  • Skilled in AR research, issue resolution, and the order to cash business model.
