Fulfillment and Merchandising Operations Manager

Fulfillment Operations:

• Own the end-to-end redemption pipeline: order intake, vendor routing, shipping, tracking, delivery, and exceptions.
• Manage fulfillment vendors against clear SLAs with weekly scorecards, and build processes for hard cases like out-of-stock items and lost shipments.

Merchandising, Sourcing & Vendor Strategy:

• Own the Boxes catalog, source new items and categories, and negotiate with vendors.
• Monitor catalog health and spot trends early to keep every box worth opening.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Work:

• Agree on decision rights with Product and CS, and build a lean team as volume scales.
• Publish weekly reports to leadership and set the operating rhythm across CS, Product, Engineering, Risk, and Finance.
