Director of Client Success

The Director of Client Success will serve as an executive sponsor to key accounts, championing the client's voice and partnering with internal teams to ensure client success is embedded across the organization. Responsibilities include designing and operationalizing a scalable client success framework focused on driving adoption, engagement, and long-term satisfaction. The role involves leading and coaching the Client Success Management (CSM) team, fostering a culture of accountability, and establishing a framework for cross-functional collaboration. Measurement and insights are key, with the director defining, tracking, and reporting on KPIs to drive deeper impact. The role also involves acting as a point of escalation, stepping in where necessary.
