Responsibilities:
- Program Lead IT Operations at customers for Veeva’s R&D SaaS solutions.
- Oversee customer release management programs including resource planning, release tracking, and forecasting.
Customer Management:
- Function as a primary customer liaison managing communication between managed services teams, customer stakeholders, and third parties.
- Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices as part of post-implementation programs.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management with a proven program management track record.
- Ability to work both independently and in teams in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
