Implementation Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full implementation program from kickoff to go-live, building project plans and driving accountability to keep timelines on track.
• Lead discovery sessions to clarify customer goals and translate them into actionable implementation approaches, coordinating with technical specialists as needed.
• Manage launch readiness by maintaining checklists, identifying risks early, and ensuring scope is controlled for predictable go-lives.

Success Metrics:

• Achieve on-time go-live rates and predictable delivery outcomes while managing implementation cycle time without quality tradeoffs.
• Ensure early value realization signals, such as workflow adoption within 30–60 days, and maintain high handoff quality scores confirmed by Customer Success.
• Deliver excellent customer experience, reflected in post-implementation CSAT scores and stakeholder confidence.

Qualifications:

• Bring 4–8 years of experience in SaaS implementation, project delivery, or customer onboarding roles like Project Manager or Implementation Manager.
• Demonstrate proven ability to run multiple implementations simultaneously with strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Show excellent project discipline in timelines, risk communication, and follow-through, with familiarity in CRM or marketing automation implementations preferred.
