The ideal candidate has a history of going beyond traditional technical support to give a first rate experience to customers shopping for insurance. Responsibilities include providing top-tier support via phone, email, and chat, identifying customer needs, maintaining records, assisting with process improvement, and proposing automated solutions. You will also monitor feedback, create knowledge base articles, and maintain professionalism. The role requires obtaining a Property and Casualty Insurance license, and pass a background check with fingerprinting.
