ThreatConnect is the most comprehensive threat intelligence platform on the market today and is used by thousands of organizations to help them quickly aggregate, analyze, and act on their threat data to mitigate risk. The Customer Success Engineer will provide ThreatConnect platform training, map customer processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and work with third-party cybersecurity platforms to integrate them with ThreatConnect. They will also manage communications, identify risks, travel to customer sites, and interface with Product Managers on behalf of assigned accounts. The CSE will provide proactive guidance and encourage adoption of the ThreatConnect platform.
