Oracle Cloud Recruitment SME and Lead

Seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Recruitment Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Lead to join our team for a fully remote role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Cloud Recruitment modules and extensive experience in leading recruitment processes. This role involves overseeing recruitment processes, providing expert guidance, and ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud Recruitment solutions. Responsibilities include leading and managing recruitment processes, serving as the SME for Oracle Cloud Recruitment modules, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing, implementing, and optimizing recruitment processes using Oracle Cloud solutions, conducting data analysis and validation, providing training to recruitment teams, and staying updated with the latest technologies. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in recruitment process management with a focus on Oracle Cloud Recruitment modules.
