Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leaders to align recruitment strategies with ATI's business goals for clinics and support centers.
  • Independently develop and manage all candidate sourcing methods, including advertising and direct outreach.
  • Qualify candidates, recommend slates to hiring managers, and provide logistical support for interviews and onboarding.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, with a Master's preferred, and 3+ years of relevant recruiting experience.
  • Prior experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is necessary, with healthcare recruitment and CRM experience being advantageous.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong business acumen to translate goals into recruitment objectives and excellent project management abilities.
  • Ability to build relationships across the organization and strong presentation and communication skills are essential.
