About the role:

  • Retain and upsell Garner’s small and mid-market employer clients.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure client experience.
  • Serve as the client’s trusted strategic partner.

What you will do:

  • Monitor overall client health, anticipate strategic needs.
  • Partner with finance, product, data and tech teams to deliver reports.
  • Drive improved Net Revenue Retention.

  • Commercial focus achieving retention and upsell targets.
