Role Overview:
- Own end-to-end HELOC operational processes including origination, processing, underwriting support, closing, and post-close.
- Build scalable workflows, SOPs, and quality control frameworks to support rapid volume growth.
Team Management:
- Manage, develop, and grow a high-performing operations team, recruiting and coaching A-players.
- Oversee lending partner onboarding and operational integration.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure operational compliance with federal and state regulations (TILA, RESPA, HMDA).
- Serve as primary escalation point for complex operational issues.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary range $160,000 to $210,000 annually, plus potential bonus.
