Loan Originator Assistant

Role Overview:

• You will support Loan Originators throughout the full loan lifecycle, from application to closing.
• You will manage multiple loan files, coordinate documentation, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Loan Originators by managing loan files, collecting borrower information, and ensuring compliance.
• Act as a primary point of contact between borrowers, realtors, processors, and internal teams.
• Monitor loan progress, provide status updates, and coordinate closing activities.
