Job Summary:

  • The Senior Project Coordinator supports the Mathematics Teaching and Teacher Learning team at the Center for Education Policy Research.
  • This role involves complex administrative and programmatic duties, as well as delivering coaching for the M-Powering Teacher Coaching project.
  • The position is grant-funded for one year with possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain MQI Coaching records, website pages, and marketing materials.
  • Manage client tracking and recruitment databases, and execute email and social media campaigns.
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for coach training events, including registration and materials.

Qualifications:

  • Three or more years of experience in research-practice partnership, coaching math teachers, or teaching mathematics.
  • Strong candidates have experience with M-Powering Teachers Coaching, MQI Coaching, marketing, and program coordination.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours and travel up to 10% of time.
