- Manage daily deposit operations, queue monitoring, exception resolution, and reconciliation.
- Provide Tier II support, analyze trends, and drive process improvements.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years bank operations experience; high school diploma required, bachelor's preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office skills.
