What You'll Do:
- Design and ship AI agent systems end to end, from early experiments to production
- Build evaluation framework with golden datasets and regression harnesses
- Set technical direction for AI and collaborate with the AI Product Lead
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years software engineering, 2+ years on LLM/AI agent systems in production
- Strong grasp of agent architecture, context management, and evaluation frameworks
- Comfort working across the stack and clear written communication
