Event & Production Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of four specialists, distributing tasks and supporting professional growth.
• Develop the long-term roadmap for the function, aligning with business goals and managing budgets.
• Oversee organization of major corporate events, conference booths, and other large-scale initiatives.

Requirements:

• 3–4+ years in the event industry with leadership experience and budget management.
• Strategic thinking and production expertise in merchandise and promotional products.
• Fluent Ukrainian and Upper-Intermediate (B2) English.
