Responsibilities:
- Partner with the COO and Heads of Service Teams through regular syncs, providing support on people-related decisions and team development.
- Develop and adapt HR processes for HO and Service Teams, contributing to their automation.
- Monitor BU satisfaction with Service Functions and manage people-related risks.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in an HRBP Lead or similar role.
- Experience building and managing an HR team.
- Strong skills in managing complex people-related risks.
