Role and Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary People contact for business units, conducting skip-level meetings and exit interviews.
- Partner on performance management, promotions, and compensation reviews.
- Interpret People policies, plan rewards trips and retreats, and run analytics.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of HR Business Partner and Generalist experience with distributed teams.
- Comfortable with data analysis, compliance-focused, and intellectually curious.
- Strong project management skills with ability to communicate insights broadly.
