Serve as primary People Business Partner for an assigned region, translating business priorities into practical people strategies.
Build strong relationships with market owners, hospital leaders, and frontline employees through regular field presence.
Coach leaders through performance management, employee relations, conflicts, and other sensitive people matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Support regional execution of talent processes, including talent reviews, succession planning, and engagement surveys.
Analyze people data and field feedback to identify trends and provide data-informed recommendations.
Partner with People Centers of Excellence and regional operations to implement initiatives effectively.

Requirements & Benefits:

3–5+ years of progressive HR or People experience, including HRBP role.
Competitive compensation of $125,000–$175,000 , plus bonus and benefits.
