Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

About the Role:

• You will serve as a strategic HR business partner to clinical leadership, driving HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
• You will collaborate with the Clinical HRBP team and clinical leaders to manage employee relations and organizational development.
• You will support operational HR tasks including compensation management and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will advise leadership on employee relations, talent management, and performance optimization.
• You will manage compensation adjustments and bonus payments in partnership with HR Operations.
• You will analyze HR data to provide insights on retention, performance, and compensation.

Qualifications:

• You have 3+ years of progressive HR experience as a business partner in growing organizations.
• You have proficiency in ADP, HRIS systems, MS Office, and Google suites.
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in performance tracking and exit interviews.
