What You’ll Own:
- Event Strategy & Concepting: Partner with internal teams to align event objectives with client goals.
- Client Relationships & Communication: Build trusted partnerships with Fortune 1000 executives.
- Production Planning & Run of Show: Own the end-to-end production lifecycle from scoping to execution.
What We Need:
- 5+ years of event industry experience, including 3–5 years producing large-scale corporate conferences.
- Run-of-show fluency and ability to lead rehearsals and onsite execution.
- Calm under pressure: thrive in ambiguity and create clear order.
The Impact:
- Within 1 month: Learn our services, meet teams, and get comfortable with core tools.
- Within 3 months: Build strong client relationships and lead a large-scale event.
- Within 6 months: Manage accounts with autonomy and own cue-by-cue run of show for general sessions.
