What You’ll Do:
- Oversee 8-10 annual regional symposia and a virtual career fair, managing logistics, budgets, and stakeholder coordination.
- Build run-of-show plans and lead on-site execution, capturing post-event learnings for continuous improvement.

- Elevate events to world-class gatherings that attract top finance leaders and investors.
- Create scalable systems and playbooks for growth and partner with executive leadership.
What You’ll Need:
- 3-5+ years event planning experience, full ownership of events, and proficiency in event tools.
- Passion for the mission, ability to work remotely, and willingness to travel up to 15%.
