About the Role:
- You will own Horizon3.ai's most significant internal and external flagship programs, reporting to the Director of Field Marketing.
- This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution.
- You will work in close partnership with Sales, Revenue Operations, Executive Leadership, People, and Marketing.
What You'll Do:
- Own the full lifecycle of Sales Kickoff, Company Kickoff, President's Club, and User Conference from venue selection to on-site execution.
- Manage all vendor relationships, budgets, and project plans with clear milestones and dependencies.
- Partner with leadership to align event programming to business priorities and ensure flawless execution.
What You'll Bring:
- 7+ years of corporate events experience with direct ownership of multi-day, multi-stakeholder programs.
- Proven track record planning internal flagship events and external customer-facing conferences.
- Exceptional project management, vendor negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
Travel Requirements:
- This role requires up to 30% travel for program execution, site visits, and vendor meetings.
- Travel is concentrated around key events and tier 1 support windows.
