Project Scheduling
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain logic-driven integrated project schedules, including activities, dependencies, milestones, and interfaces with external schedules.
- Lead status cycles, incorporate actual progress, and validate logic and forecast dates.
- Analyze critical and near-critical paths, schedule sensitivity, and risks, and communicate impacts.
Collaboration:
- Partner with Project Manager, Controller, Sponsor, and functional leads to establish executable plans.
- Interface with EPCs and vendors to integrate schedules and validate progress.
- Coordinate with Portfolio Planner for consistent standards and reporting.
