Job Description
We’re looking for a standout Account Executive to grow the vi suite of products, our market-leading software platform used by hundreds of law firms around the world. The vi suite includes Recruiting, Performance Evaluations, Resource Allocation, Learning Management, Onboarding, Real-Time Feedback, and Skill Development.
This is a high-impact, client-facing sales role responsible for both expanding relationships within our existing client base and driving net-new growth in an established, high-potential market. The ideal candidate is a smart, hardworking, natural salesperson with executive presence and a demonstrated track record of success selling into matrixed organizations. You should be comfortable leading strategic conversations with CHROs, COOs, CIOs, and other senior stakeholders, and presenting with confidence in high-level, formal business settings. You will collaborate with internal product managers, services, support, and subject matter experts to deliver value and close deals. You’ll attend industry events, deliver strategic business reviews, and provide product demonstrations with clarity and credibility.
