Senior Engineering Manager, Product APIs

As part of the Product Engineering team, you will manage the day-to-day activities of one or more software development teams, providing goal setting, mentorship, coaching, leadership, guidance and performance management and feedback. You'll collaborate closely with the Product Engineering teams to develop a technical roadmap, flesh out requirements, and ensure the team executes. You will also ensure development deliverables are documented and key decisions are recorded in accordance with the design and development process.

Assisting in hiring initiatives, you will also contribute to the continual enhancement of the design, development processes and system architecture, ensuring development follows the process throughout the development lifecycle. Establishing success metrics (KPIs and SLAs) and monitoring team and system performance, you will collaborate with the team to meet performance, scalability, and reliability goals while staying current with trends.
