Job Description

The Sales Enablement Specialist executes Raptor’s enablement plan by building, maintaining, and delivering training and field-ready content. You will run onboarding and monthly trainings, administer our LMS/knowledge base, and keep materials current with product releases and sales-process updates. You’ll coordinate across Sales, Product Marketing, and Product to ensure the field has accurate, high-value assets—then report adoption and completion metrics. Deliver training & onboarding Facilitate new-hire onboarding and monthly all-sales training (live and async). Administer certification checklists and track completion in the LMS. Own content hygiene (LMS/KB) Administer Lessonly (or equivalent) and manage content. Support sales plays & launches Turn PMM briefs into rep-ready play cards, talk tracks, and objection handlers. Apply approved US/UK overlays to materials; escalate gaps to the Senior Manager. Run enablement operations Coordinate logistics and content packs for QBRs/SKO. Maintain an enablement calendar and intake board; track tasks to done. Light reporting & tooling Pull basic Salesforce and Gong reports. Support content searchability and usage analytics in Highspot/LMS.
