The Sales Operations Specialist will optimize sales processes and provide essential support to the sales team. This role involves analyzing workflows, implementing improvements, ensuring the team has the necessary tools, creating presentations, & coordinating team activities to ensure alignment and efficiency.

Oversee and drive the day-to-day activities of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) at Donorbox. Building and optimizing our sales pipeline, ensuring success through detailed planning, consistent execution, and performance measurement. Managing a team of four SDRs, with the opportunity to expand the team as we continue to grow.
